Review: While on travel I discovered a leak in my BMW R1200GS final drive. Contacted Big Sky and was pleased to be able to schedule repair (replacement of seal) in 2 days. Brought motorcycle in on 7/11/14 at 11am for scheduled repair at 2pm. Replacement seal was done about 4pm and I drove about 10 miles south to Traveler's Rest. There, I was disturbed to discover oil covering the back wheel of the bike. I contacted the shop and they sent a van to bring the bike and myself back to the shop. They inspected the bike and reported that the seal had been installed improperly, apparently corrected the issue, and the person who I believed was the service manager (whom I was later informed, is the owner) and the mechanic both apologized for the error. This was inconvenient, but was well handled with no apparent damages.

On 7/12, I resumed my trip. On the morning of 7/13, I discovered that the final drive was again seeping oil. When I was in an area with phone reception I called and left an answering machine message for the service manager requesting a return call. After reaching Boise, I again left a message on 7/16, this time left with a person. On 7/22, I left a 3rd answering machine message.

As of this date I have not received a return call.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the full cost of invoice number 4192249, in the amount of $213.58
