Had a very positive experience with Big Sky patio covers. Ira (owner) has been fantastic with keeping in touch and letting me know what is happening along the way. The measure was easy to understand and explained well. The install time had plenty of flexibility and once a set date was established, it was adhered to. Initially there was a little confusion on the railings and placement of the posts, but Ira and Roy (installer) worked extremely hard to make sure I was happy. Product looks great, was everything we hoped for and more, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

With so many different products (Patio Covers) that were out there I had a hard time deciding which company to ultimately go with. I enquired with about five companys to try and determine product information and to get a feel about customer service. It wasn't until I contacted Big Sky Patio Covers and dealt directly with Pat who was a wealth of information about the product and always responded promptly to my many email questions that I had. I ordered a 12' x 14' black Aluminum Polycarbonate patio cover from them and it came shipped in the time frame that was told to me. I made the mistake of miss measuring the width of the cover prior to ordering which was devastating to say the least. Ira was extremely accommodating and reassuring that the mistake wasn't fatal. This company could have easily walked away from my mistake but they really came through and quickly had the correct size to me. I installed it myself and the quality is second to none.
