All electrical parts are sold brand new, direct from the manufacturer. If a furniture electrical part is defective, it will fail within the 1st  or 2nd use. This was not the case. As explained to the customer, the wear and use of the part is beyond our knowledge. The purchased part is most...

probably not defective and the problem lies elsewhere in the electrics of the chair. We always offer troubleshooting help and advice and also offer an online troubleshooting your electric parts guide. We do not offer warranties on any of our parts. We do this because this allows us to offer the least expensive parts online. Again, these parts are brand new, manufacturer direct, OEM parts. This purchase does not qualify for a refund. The customer was refund the full amount of purchase. The name on the refund is LCRU, LLC. This is the legal business name.. Our website is liftchairsrus.We have phone ours from M-F Central Standard Time. 9-4.

From time to time, we get returns without original paperwork. This seems to have been the case. We record and keep such document to match items that need refunds. There were several like returns and we assume one of them is the customers. We have refunded the customer and hope this satisfies any...
