Review: I supplied the salesman with my credit card number to hold a trailer we wanted to purchase. The price was about three grand less than they were asking but came to an agreement. I financed through my bank and Big Sky sent the trailer vin. # and information to my banker. About four hours later I received a message from the salesman saying he needed to talk to me. I called the next day ready with payment and was told the trailer was sold! Not to me but to someone I believe they got more money from. I cannot prove it but they are crooked and unfair when so much information was exchanged and all that was said was "I'm sorry, that's the second time this month a trailer was sold without me knowing." I would like to know why the finance office sent my banker the information on the trailer if it was already sold!Desired Settlement: I want Big Sky RV to find the exact type (hard to find) trailer for the same price and fulfill our deal!

I have looked into this complaint and have some information regarding [redacted] issue. The following is how this interaction went on our end. [redacted] and her companion came in some time in early March and shopped for used TTs. The salesman [redacted] had showed them this used 32 BHDS, I think we were asking $21995 for this unit at the time and they made a offer of $19000 which I declined and told [redacted] that the least I would take is $19500 or $19750 I don't recall. They declined our counter offer and left. [redacted] told them that this unit may not last long especially at that price and suggested it was a good buy at our counter offer. [redacted] also told them if they had interest in the unit they should hold it with a deposit to prevent it being sold while they thought about purchasing it as we start getting busy that time of year. According to [redacted], after a couple of followup calls and about three weeks or so had passed, [redacted] then called and left a message on his voice mail (Monday 3-31, [redacted]s day off) about still being interested in this 32 BHDS. [redacted] called them when he returned to the office (4-1-14) and another $19000 offer was made by [redacted]. [redacted] then talked to me about this offer and I said $19300, they said not a penny over $19000. [redacted] came back to me and I then agreed to $19000. This is when [redacted] solicited a CC # and wrote up the deal brought it to the finance office for [redacted] to send the information to [redacted] bank. [redacted] Then went out the unit to place a Hold tag in it only to find it had been held by another salesman on the Saturday before. With in a couple hours of their initial conversation [redacted] called [redacted] to tell her the unit unfourtunatly was already sold. [redacted] apologized as he felt bad and furthermore he too missed out on the deal.

This is one of the best purchases experiences I've had. I won't hesitate and will even look for opportunities to send business your way. Thank you so much and lastly what a great amazing staff.

We have always received the very best service. [redacted] is a great listener and very easy to deal with. The technicians are the best and also the parts department. They were very helpful and gave us lots of their time. Don't change anything and keep up the good work.

We purchase a new Jayco Seismic in March 2016 in Iowa. While traveling in Montana we found an issue with the trailer and found Big Sky RV is the Jayco dealer in Billings MT. We contacted them regarding the issue and we were told that since we did NOT purchase the unit from them, they would not honor the Jayco warranty. We were amazed to say the least. We have had warranty work completed on our truck from other dealers in other states and the trailer was more money than our truck.
