contract, Mr& MrsH*** have a lifetime warranty for both the product and workmanship We both stand behind and take pride in our work and will make immediate arrangements for our lead Project Superintendent to schedule a site evaluation of their installation to take place a.s.a.p We will also make any repairs as required, including the reordering of product if it is deemed necessary We wish to thank the H***'s for their patience, and feel confident that we can resolve this in a timely manner
