I am rejecting this response because:tris is information they did faulty work and they are saying I owe them and at no time did they ever offer to fix the problem the amount should be taken off due to the faulty work.

Patient, James ***, came to our office 02/29/as an emergency casePatient was diagnosed with root canal, crown buildup, and crown on tooth #Root canal and crown buildup were performed on that dayPatient was to come back to the office to finish the restoration of that toothOn
03/22/patient contacted the office stating that he kept receiving statements from our officeHe was explained as to why he had a balanceHe then stated the root canal came out in October but he did not call the office to have the Dentist take a look at it

You have the contract with the insurance company not us and therefore they don't always give us the same information they would give you. We give you all the information the insurance company gives us.
The reason you did not hear from us for 8 months or so is because we were waiting for your insurance company to send us the check. They also never told us that they would only send it only to you. So you held on to our check for 7 months without ever calling us and telling us that you received the payment that was due to us on your behalf. Sadly to say it took us 8 months after writing again to your insurance company asking them why they have not yet paid your claim, for them to tell us the check was issued to you seven months ago.
Fraud with credit cards and checks in today's world unfortunately runs rampant. Our credit card processer requires us to get a picture ID to make sure that it is you that is using your credit card and not someone else. You refused to give us a picture ID. We also never store your credit card number in our files to protect you from fraud.

The statements by Big Smile are absolutely false. Big Smile contradicts itself. I was not given 315 dollars by the insurance company. The statement by Big Smile (Dr. [redacted]) is a bold face dishonest and untruthful statement. If I had been given 315 dollars, then that would mean my son was covered.
Since, my son was not covered, I had to 315.00 pay out of pocket.
Big Smile's CEO, Dr [redacted], is a dishonest man who attempts to defraud insurance companies and his customers. He should be held accountable by the State of Illinois.
