I am rejecting this response because: Whatever the stone is - "brick" is a generic term to me. No one hit it, or kicked it or anything. A lawn mover would go no where near where the stone fell off. It is on the front section. They told me they would come fix it and then stopped responding. Don't tell me one thing and then do another. This is right off your website: Our fireplaces are also very safe and come with up to spark arresting screens in the chimney. They start at only $and will last a lifetimeCall us today!It says they will last a lifetime and ours lasted 9-months. I understand that we are an hour away. You did the initial job with us being an hour away and said you had another job up our way and that is when you would do the repair

Well it's not a brick because the fireplace is made out of natural stone and from what I could tell from the pic she sent was that the face of the stone came off and it wasn't due to our workmanshipThat's just natural deterioration or a natural materialEither that or it must have happened from
someone accidentally kicking it or hitting it with a lawn mower or somethingI don't know what gave her the impression that we warranty the outdoor fireplaces especially since she's an hour drive from us
