First off, I would like to correct my contact information which
should read as follows:

I am writing to you in regard to a complaint (***) which was
filed against me on 02/**/The consumer states that I, the home inspector,
left the pool heater running for a period of days after having performed a
home inspectionWhen I received an email regarding this matter, I informed the
homeowner that I was willing to negotiate with her to pay the excess gas bill
when it was received in the mailIn the meantime, homeowner has received the
bill, however "it did not reflect a much higher amount than normal"
upon which homeowner contacted gas co to have them come out and re-evaluate the
usageTo this day, March **, 2014, I have not been informed of the amount of
excess gas usage although I went back to the property on March ** for a
follinspection at the buyer's requestThe homeowner was present and
still was unable to tell me the amount excess gas usageI would like to settle
this issue with the homeowner and negotiate the amount for the excess gas
usage, yet in my opinion, homeowner has jumped the gun filing this complaint
and has not given me the amount stated on gas bill
