Houston experienced flooding in various areas, one of which was in Mr. [redacted]'s area. The humidity from the garage slab being saturated caused alkaline to rise through the slab and tile. This is a result of mother nature and poor development planning of the home builder, no fault of the contractors of Big State Tile. We did go out to the home again to try and help the homeowner, however nothing more could be done except redo the job for the homeowner at an additional cost.
