Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/27) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] GM Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com Ms [redacted] had been negotiating a deal to purchase a pre-owned motorcycleWe had come to agreement on the terms of the sale however, Ms [redacted] did not make an earnest deposit in order to hold the bikeOur company policy is that we do not hold a motorcycle until the customer puts a deposit on the bike We did work with Ms [redacted] to purchase another motorcycle, which she took delivery of on February 22, This matter has been resolved to our mutual satisfaction Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2016/03/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) problem was resolved to our satisfactionThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This store is avoiding taking responsibility for their failures They are using time past as an excuse, they are putting the blame back on me as an excuse They do not put the customer firstThey gave me a puzzle back One does not know he is missing pieces for puzzle until he completely assembles the puzzle.I received the bike back from the store almost complely disassembled The bike was barely put back together after the diagnostics were completed and returned to me in worse condition then when the wrecked motorcycle was dropped off The work I was charged for included repairing the front tire, which the store did a mediocre job of since a bent axle was left inside the tire meaning that the tire was not even balanced after being repaired The unprofessional behavior of both levels of management I spoke with in the store revealed the true gawl of the store to not even be reluctant to the possibility of their ignorance.I gave them a wrecked but completely assembled motorcycle They returned a disassembled disaster There has been many months passed since I received the bike back from them. This time has been committed to going tooth and nail with my insurance company After beginning repairs myself, my work has been hindered by allowing this organization to touch my vehicle Because I didn't fork over the inflated and outrageous amount of money they projected for repairs, I have been intentionally mistrea ted and disrespected. The time elapsed does not place the blame on me This store is assuming and blaming the ignorance on my part, assuming that during my self repairs it was I that lost the parts As stated in the stores response, I have purchased several parts from the store in attempt to make my vehicle whole againI had no problem purchasing necessary parts needed but I refuse to purchase parts that a "professional" failed to simply put back on the vehicleThis "professional mechanic shop" has in no way allowed the "professional" aspect to carry over into the realm of customer service Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am writing to answer the complaint as to our Selling Practices filed on behalf of [redacted] *** The KTM 250XC was purchased on eBay for the sum of $ Big StCharles feels the asking of $for repairs is extreme We have sent Mr [redacted] a new seat cover to replace the original on the Bike.We are willing to split the $asked for We feel the damages of $1,are not reasonable cost since, the "Dirt Bike" was in good condition for a race bike. The Bike was purchased as a used motorcycle, however with customer satisfaction in mind we are willing to send a check for $to settle this matter.I will wait for an answer from Mr [redacted] as to his decision
