Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: I signed up for a free trial of their service (entering my credit card to take advantage of the free trial). My use of the service surpassed the free trial period, and I cancelled the service after 1 month (trial was 7-days). Recently discovered that my account cancellation was unsuccessful (there is no record of cancellation) - though I was double billed in the month of cancellation (i.e. perhaps due to changes in my account). My use of their photo service is easily documented, so they can see that I have not utilized their service outside of the first month of use. However, upon talking with Customer Service representative, they will only credit 1 month of service (I am owed for 5 months of service, or $395). They will not use my usage history to verify my non-use of their service for 5 months. Furthermore, they do not email clients updates on their accounts, so there is no verification of action (i.e. that an account has been successfully cancelled, or that an account is continuing to be billed). I was confident I had cancelled my account, and therefore did not continue to log in and check my account.Desired Settlement: I am happy to pay $79 for the month of service I used. I request a refund for $395 for the 5 months of service I did not use, and was unaware I was being billed for.

Sincerely,

Review: I was charged $29.00 for a purchase I did not make. This charge was made on or around dec [redacted]. This is outright theft and unless I receive compensation in the amount of $60 to have to deal with this inconvenience I will be filing with the attorney general for the state of New York as well as filing small claims. This behavior is simply disgusting I am appalled at big stock photo.Desired Settlement: I want my $30 back and an additional $60 for having to deal with this attempt of outright theft. Disgusting.
