We did receive the subscription order and did mail her first three issues on time, as the issues were publishedThese magazines were not returned by the USPS so we have to assume that there is a problem with the local mail service.We have mailed three replacement copies directly from the office and informed the subscriber that these magazines were mailedWe also suggested that she contact her local post office to determine why she hasn't been receiving the issues
