We received an online order on 10/31/from a [redacted] ***This was for a paddle float and the order total was $35,After he paid for the order and it was still PENDING with us he posted a negative review stating we scammed him due to the shipping costWe reviewed the shipping costs and everything looked ok to us,As a company we provide ALL shipping costs BEFORE any customer data is collected and an order is placedIf he did not like the shipping cost he should have not placed the orderWe called him and explained this to himHe went “crazy” and said he was going to receive the order and then dispute it with his credit card company (and still keep the products)We explained this is fraudHe did not careTherefore, we told him we were going to cancel/VOID the order per our termsWe have a right to refuse any order (especially in this case since we were going to be defrauded)[redacted] did not like this action by us and proceeded to insult us with verbal threats and vulgar languageWe discontinued the phone call because he was not a reasonable personA month later we started to receive all kinds of correspondence and phone calls from him claiming we sent him e-mails, etcWe reviewed our system and we have no history of any further contactOur thinking is that he is making up e-mails and other interactions to "get back at us" for canceling his orderWe banned him from our system and told him not to contact us or we will file a formal police report.This Revdex.com complaint is a direct result of [redacted] trying to do everything he can think of to try and discredit our companyIf any customer and/or agency reviews our Shopper Approved reviews you will see we are an A+ top rated company onlineWe will continue to operate as such but we will not be defrauded or intimidatedThanks for your review and hopefully [redacted] will move along,Regards,Cory B

In response to complaint ID *** please find our responseCustomer *** *** ordered a cleaning kit for $(includes shipping) with us on 2/15/and it was shipped to him in a timely fashionWe received an e-mail from the customer on 2/21/that he received *** binoculars
instead of the cleaning kitWithout hesitation, we sent him s prepaid label to send back the binoculars and dispatched him another cleaning kitAfter we shipped the replacement cleaning kit he notified us that he already bought the kit locally and (now) did not want it - he just wanted a refund at this point.During this timeframe, we completed an internal stock count and retrieved the postage scale weight of the original shipmentOf note, our inventory was 100% correctIf we did not ship him the cleaning kit we would have been +! on stockThe scale weight also matched that of a shipping a cleaning kitOnce we received back the binoculars and the returned cleaning kit (the replacement one we shipped) we quickly noticed that the binoculars were used/beat up and it was a particular binocular that WE DO NOT SELLThere is no way we sent it to himAlso, the weight of the binocular was heavier than the cleaning kit.By our math, the customer received QTY (2) cleaning kitsHe did send back one with our prepaid label but he is not due any refund because our belief is he DID receive the original cleaning kit and is trying to scam us out of a refundAlso, we paid $extra for a return label.After consulting our attorney and merchant provider we believe we have enough facts to deny any refundThe customer is not an honest individual and is not longer able to conduct business with us (he has been blocked)If you have any other questionsplease feel free to reach out.Thanks,Cory B*** Big Supply Shop

One of the items on his order became out of stock because our "online" inventory only refreshes every minutes from the warehouse data feed We explained this to *** *** in a timely fashion We gave him the option to have us remove the item from the order and continue with rush
packing/ship or cancel the order He wanted MORE from us and I quote "If no effort is made to compensate me for the lost time and additional expense of ordering the tent elsewhere." After that statement and some other back and forth we made a decision to cancel/refund his order When a customer becomes quickly unreasonable as he did the risk is chargebacks, etc is very likely We simply cannot afford that being a small business We have done business with over 30,000+ customer and we have a good idea how this would have gone We just cannot do business with folks like this -- periodHe is not welcome to shop at our store based on our interactions especially since he has never done business with us before

Customer said they received the wrong product.  We researched the issue and determined that the manufacturer part number they ordered is indeed what they were shipped and received.  We even confirmed with a UPC on the box.  Customer's issue is that the picture did not 100% match the...

product they received.  The manufacturer uses various stock photos and there are slight variations (even the manufacturers website picture matches what we used when selling the product).  In our terms of service we even call out that pictures may be slightly different then displayed as manufacturers make changes all the time to products and use various photos depending on the product.  At the end of the day it ALWAYS defaults to the manufacturer part number and the current shipping version.  We offered them the ability to return for a refund but at this point they have not contacted us further.  We even encouraged them to call the manufacturer for more information.
