Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Let’s tackle all of the issues in this responseFirst off,you do not have an A rating on the Revdex.comYour company was not listed on the Revdex.comuntil I filed a complaintIt will not be an A after this case is closedIfyou want to talk about integrity, tell me why I have a voicemail from the ownerwho said he would call my employer, when my experience at your business hasnothing to do with my employer? Tell me where the integrity is, since I sentyou a message of quotes to get the work done and you claim I won’t take itanywhere? I’ve also sent you video showing the heater core is not plugged likeyou hoped it would beYet, no response from youI won’t take it to you to befixed, if that’s what you mean by saying I won’t take it anywhereI won’t takeit to your “year old” mechanic who “missed” this major issueI do not trustyou to take care of the vehicle and fix it correctly because of the issues we’vehad so farIf you feel my offer to resolve this is asking too much, why don’tyou offer something in return? You have done nothing to help resolve the issue, and I don’t call a $repair a “minor issue” at allEspecially when that’s 1/3rdthe cost of the carAs I’ve said on ***, what if a single mother hadbought this car? Where would she be now? She would have a car without heat andfall is fast approachingI’d also like to know where you get that I have anextensive mechanical backgroundIn my last reply I said this was beyond myscopeI do not have any formal training, nor have I worked as a mechanic inany capacity, so I would appreciate if you would not fabricate any detailsabout my experienceThe ball has been and will continue to be in your court toshow some true integrity and resolve this issueAs I’ve said before, I’llpublicly post something if you resolve the issue, if you don’t, I will not bebullied into taking it down.
Regards,

Ok, lets pick this apart just as the [redacted] posts Big T Auto is talking about (which there will be a link here later for reference.Josh says he offered to write the check, he kind of did, by asking me if it would make me happy if he wrote a check, my response was “it’s the principal”, no check was written and nowhere did I deny, as this was also noted on the [redacted] post which I made about the company and they claimed to have sent a check anyways, which to this day, has never been received. I do not accept the company’s response on this matter as it has not been settled.I also do not accept the condition they claim these vehicles to be in. They do not “run absolutely fantastic”. Both have had check engine lights and have had no less than $100 worth of repairs each since taking possession of the vehicles. In my opinion that’s ok, if something breaks after I have it, I can assume the costs and I have no issues, what I do find as a problem, is when an issue is hidden and knowingly not disclosed, which I feel Big T has done.As far as the heater core. Big T offered to use their company discount to help me get a replacement heater core. This is not the problem as I have explained MANY MANY times repetitively. The issue is the labor cost as the job of replacing the heater core is well out of my scope of knowledge when it comes to cars. I was asked to get quotes and get back to Josh, (I have in a recorded call between myself and Josh discussing this exact request). I have since responded in writing on [redacted], with quotes and a video showing the heater core is not plugged and again, I have not heard anything.Let’s talk about the voicemail that Ron, the father/owner of the company left me. He threatened to call a coworker of mine because of how he felt I was treating his son in all of this. Although this had nothing to do with my employer, Ron did reach out to my coworker who in turn discussed “something” with my HR department. My Manager was asked by HR to have a discussion about my post online. Both HR and my Manager agreed that, as an employee, I didn’t break any company policies. He appreciated that I have remained professional during this entire experience.I will not consider this resolved until the company pays for the labor of replacing the heater core with a person/company I choose and trust, since they have tried to silence me and by using my employer as a tool to attempt to bully me. This is not a minor issue as the company claims, it’s an issue of honesty and integrity, which I feel this business does not practice, which is evident by the voicemails, recorded calls and responses on social media that I have. I am not opposed to sharing these things to the public. Big T has had the chance to resolve this, otherwise the owners threatening voicemail would be posted for the world to judge. [redacted]

Josh has been truly amazing to work with! I love my vehicle I purchased and he's been willing to fix the few minor issues the car has had!

To Whom It may Concern, We as Big T Auto would like to say we have gone over all of our paperwork and have noticed the legitimacy of the referral and we have sent a certified check to the consumer. We thank you very much for the referral.  As far as the car repair portion goes we encourage all of our customers to get the cars checked out since we as humans might miss minor things from time to time. But after the consumer responded with his "mechanical background" which was explained to us to be quite extensive he gracefully decided to pass on taking it to see anyone. After more false information from the consumers response we are making this our final response on this current minor issue and apologize but will not be doing anything else for this customer as we have tried our best to help but after the persistence by the consumer on wanting only what he thinks he deserves we cannot as a business go to that extent. Our Revdex.com grade is well above the A rating and has been for over 20 years so that in our opinion speaks for itself on our "integrity". - BIG T AUTO
