entire dispute but I will give you some more information. We specifically instructed the customer on the day of installation the correct Watering procedure. This was her main complaint when she contacted us. She claims We never told her to water the flowers. Please see the specific watering instructions enclosed labeled #1. On a site visit to estimate more work for her 6 days after the plant material was installed. I noticed all the plant material was very dry. In an act of good faith. We contacted the customer let them know they were not watering their plant material Correctly and all perennials were very dry and stressed. At that time only one looked as if it was not going to make it. Please see enclosed good faith warning email labeled it 2. Three days after the good faith email she contacted us via email and asked what We Were going to do about her dead flowers. Her main complaint was we never told her to water them. Please see enclosed contradictory email labeled # 3. You Will see in the same string of emails she went from claiming to water them twice a Week to she watered them every day. There is a big difference in those two answersWe are talking about two perennials of six that were installed. She was charged $14 each for her perennials. Her dispute is for $200? See enclosed contract labeled itA.We have been in business for 21 years. I can tell when a plant that was beautiful, vibrant, and healthy five days before is stressed because of lack of water. These flowers were beyond stressed and getting very crispy. My professional opinion is they were not Watered until a week later and it was too late.We instructed the customer on where to get her replacement plants. It is only 10 minutes away from her. The total cost for her to replacement plants would be $20. And the entire replanting job would take her, or anyone, five minutes. If the customer had showed any effort to maintain their plant material. And not tried to blame us for not telling them to water them??? We probably would've replaced the two crispy perennials. But NO effort was made.We have more documentation. But it comes down to there is no warranty on plant material. Never has been and there never will be. I am rejecting this response because: the plants died because of lack of proper instructions from the business in order to protect my investment. It is poor customer service to suggest multiple methods of care and then when the customer chooses the wrong method, provided by the vendor, the customer has full blame. The owner should own some of the responsibility in the misinformation provided. CLEAR and CONCISE instructions are all that was needed and then when the instructions are ambiguous, an apology and resolution of the error.

In our 21 years in Business there has not been ... And Never Will Be ... Any warranty on Plant Material.  End of Story!!
