I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At this point we can close this out, however I am not satisfied and will not be satisfied since I wanted and deserved a verbal apology from the storeI know how I was spoken to by the employee's and what was told to and promised by Ms*** I also know how many good faith attempts we made with Joe/Big T's and how much money we spent to finally get our truck rightI firmly believe the apology and money in my original complaint/request were the least Big T's owed me as a consumer to correct the issue they created.
I will continue to share my experience with anyone that will listen to include social media outlets in hopes that other consumers do not have the same bad experience that we have hadAlso, as a business owner I will ensure that any business opportunity that I have that crosses paths with this business understand the lack of focus on the customer and the lack of desire to provide a quality service this company delivers.
