Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/10/30) */
This letter will serve as the written response of Quick Auto, Inc. ("Quick Auto") to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. To the extent that the complaint contains allegations directed at Quick Auto, Quick Auto denies any such allegations, but...

provides the following information in the hopes of resolving the underlying issues.
Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger (the "Vehicle") from Quick Auto on February 25, 2017. As a service to its customers, Quick Auto includes a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty with its vehicles (copy attached). This limited warranty is not "bumper to bumper" as Ms. [redacted] described in her complaint. The limits are clearly set out in the documentation that was provided to Ms. [redacted] at the time of her purchase (as shown by her signature on the warranty contract).
In April 2017, Ms. [redacted] had engine problems with the Vehicle and contacted the warranty department. The engine was replaced under the limited warranty. Later that month, the timing belt was replaced as well, at no charge to Ms. [redacted]. The cost of these repairs was over $3,500.00, and although the limited warranty has a $3,000.00 limit on claims, all of these repairs were paid for under the warranty.
Ms. [redacted] then contacted the warranty department on October 17, 2017 to report that the Vehicle needed a new throttle body. At that time, not only had she exceeded the payment limits of the warranty, but the Vehicle had also exceeded the 12,000 mile limit of the warranty. Because of these facts, and the fact that the throttle body is not related to any of the repairs that were previously completed on the Vehicle, Ms. [redacted]'s warranty claim was denied.
Ms. [redacted] has received over $3,500.00 in repair work on the Vehicle under the limited warranty provided by Quick Auto. Quick Auto believes that it has honored and exceeded its obligations at this time. Any future repairs will be at Ms. [redacted]'s expense.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/11/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
That is not what the sales man told us, but that's on me for not reading all the fine print. As a consumer I feel they should not be allowed to sell vehicle that within 6 months need engine and causing warranty to max out. I done some research and found out they sell a lot of car with issues within the first 6 months and causing the repairs to max out with the first repair. What about the customer who trust them to have good services
