Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my disputeThe wiring for the appliances has a specific location listed in the installation manual Our double oven, and microwave as well as our vent hood were improperly located Each appliance had a specific location and the contractor said he had the appliances and already knew how to do the install The wiring was not put in the right location and an electrician was hired after Big Tex's incompetence to manage the install correctly The contractors claims of my inexperience with electric are incorrect In fact, I have more electrical training and experience per the state of Texas than him [redacted] is not a certified electrician At a request, his electrician could not provide documentation of a star of Texas license as well As for building experience, this was not about framing a wall, but rather following a simple direction that was listed clearly by the appliance manufacturer If the contractor would have looked at the install instructions, the electrical drops would have been in the proper location, and the wiring for the oven would have been sufficientA frigidaire rep states that "aluminum conductors are not to be used with their appliances" If the contractor had spoken to a rep , he clearly dos not give all the information Again, this is a complaint of negligence The costs to hire someone to fix the improper electrical should be reimbursed, or a refund of the electrical install charges from Big Tex Also to note, the Revdex.com will not do anything We were told by our attorney to file a complaint with the county within which we live If the Revdex.com cannot rectify this problem, we will take the next step Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] ***
