We went to register the trailer with the state and it was rejected because when we took the trailer in we did not get the proper signatures in the correct locations. It was sent back to us and unfortunately fell through the cracks. This is a new location of a National Company that was just expanding...
into many new states. We were not fully trained on transferring vehicles in the state of Minnesota. We were also extremely under staffed. Since that time this company has new owners who have staffed each location with administrators whose job it is to handle all licensing and paperwork. All locations have been staffed and trained. Our Administrator started in mid-August. [redacted]'s trailer was transferred on 9/26/17 and he was informed of this. We have worked very hard to correct some of these early problems and are now transferring all trailers within a week of purchase. Dan [redacted] General Manager
I am rejecting this response because:
I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL . THEY HAVE SENT ANY PROVE THAT THEY HAVE REGISTERED THE TRAILER IN MY NAME. AS I SAID I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM THEM OR PROOF THAT THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY SAID.
