Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I take exception to the sign off sheetThe sheet they had me sign was blankAfter I signed the sheet then the guy started checking off itemsI have a video of this transaction because I thought it was odd that they had me sign a blank page and then the guy went back and started checking itemsI can send you this video as proofor you can save the embarrasement and come fix or replace this lemonThey stated they didnt know why I didnt turn around and come back it is because when I was able to pull over on the freeway in 5pm traffic I attempted to called and no one answered phoneIt was after 5pm and they were closedI stated that in my original complaintMy husband never agreed or disagreed when they told him to bring trailer backHe simply discuused his concern with me and I in return called and complained When I called to complain and talk to the manager I was told by [redacted] that the manager would return my callHe never explained anything else to mehe never explained their insurance policyThis is a statementI have not refused any offersAnother lieI have refused to drive an unsafe trailerI paid for a new trailer and this is what I expectNot sure if this trailer is defective or not but I am worriedI assume Big Tex needs to come repair or replace the trailer Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL THEY HAVE SENT ANY PROVE THAT THEY HAVE REGISTERED THE TRAILER IN MY NAMEAS I SAID I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM THEM OR PROOF THAT THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY SAID

Little of the information listed lines up with communications witnessed by employees at the branch.? Numerous attempts to reach the customer have been made and to date he is unresponsive to our attempts to fix this issue.? Driving off without paying for the service, which was agreed to is another issue that needs to be addressed.? As mentioned, numerous attempts have been made by our company to rectify this situation and recover monies for services rendered without any dialogue from the customer.? We pride ourselves in giving great customer service

I am rejecting this response because:There is no resolution hereI offered a resolution, which was ignored completely in your responseI offered to pay for the jack which is about the only thing that was done correctlyplease make an invoice adjustment.

Dear Ms***,I am responding to the claim number *** in regards to a trailer that was sold here at our storeThe *** purchased a trailer on 7-12-and claimed the lights did not work after leaving the lotWe have a new purchase sign off sheet here at the location where every
customer as well as the employee that hooks the trailer up to the vehicle signs off stating that the trailer is in good working condition before it leaves the lotThe document was signed off by both parties as being good before the *** left the storeMs*** stated in her claim that she was only a mile away when her lights stopped working, I’m wondering why she didn’t turn around and come backOn Mr*** call this morning he stated the issue and we responded by telling him to bring the trailer back and we would fix any problems that they might have, he said that would be fine and that he would be here in a little bitEnd of conversationThe next phone call we received was Ms.***,and she stated that she was not going to bring the trailer back due to safety concerns, it was at that time my sales person explained that we do not do house calls or roadside repairs due to insurance reasonsIf she could just bring it back we would look at and if needed, repair any problems that she might haveShe refused all offers and turned her issue into the B.B.BWe received two different responses from both Mr*** and Ms***We have day to day repairs, replacements, maintenance and modifications, on trailers all out of our shopOur other salesman *** had told Ms*** that although we had answered her complaint already, he would have the manager call her back ,that call ended at approx.10:amWe were getting emails from B.B.B almost within the hourThe response would have been the same, bring the trailer back to us and we will fix it as stated beforeEven though the trailers light were working when she left we will be more than happy to assess and repair the problem.*** ***Big Tex TrailerFt.Worth Tx.Office: ***Fax:817/654/

I am rejecting this response because: I take exception to the sign off sheet. The sheet they had me sign was blank. After I signed the sheet then the guy started checking off items. I have a video of this transaction because I thought it was odd that they had me sign a blank page and then the guy went back and started checking items. I can send you this video as proof. or you can save the embarrasement and come fix or replace this lemon. He never explained anything else to me. he never explained their insurance policy. This is a false statement. I have not refused any offers. Another lie. I have refused to drive an unsafe trailer. I paid for a new trailer and this is what I expect. Not sure if this trailer is defective or not but I am worried. I assume Big Tex needs to come repair or replace the trailer.
