To whom it may concern: In response to a letter we received recently, regarding Case #89062716: [redacted]. We were given information regarding refunding this customer $55.00 for work that was covered under warranty for a trailer that was...

purchased from us.
We received the information during the week of our Store inventory, and we were shut down for 3 days, her request was set aside until we finished our inventory, it was no way our intention to disregard her in any way. We are a large facility, but only have a small staff to take care of things here.
We have mailed her out a check and this matter has been taken care of, we apologize for any convenience this may have caused our customer.
We are here to provide our customers will quality service, and unfortunately this happened at a time when we had to do our inventory.

Manager Brandon contacted us by phone on June 15th. Apologized and claimed that he was "writing a check" as he spoke.
We have NOT recieved any such check from Big Tex trailers , and the matter has yet to be resolved.

Payment was finally received July 20th in the mail by customer in the form of a check for $55.00.
If check clears this matter has finally been resolved.
