So please reopen our case because I'd like to just accept Big Tex's proposal and move on. I need them to keep up their end of the bargain though. This is going to end up costing me a lot of money as it is I'm not pleased because they quoted me for the *** type of ***( clumping) which is what I specified, but then charged me on my statement for *** ***( the invasive running type). They pulled a switcheroo on me last minute and I didn't pick up on it. I don't like that kind of shady business and I let them know thatI'm not a botanist and didn't know that's what was planted This is the text I sent them this morning: I have been at the *** all week with my daughter who is having a lot of complications so I just don't have time to pursue this furtherIdeally I would have gotten a quote to see how much it would cost to rid my backyard and my neighbors backyard of this invasive ***. Hello,In regards to this complaint, Big Tex Tree Nursery regrets that our customer is dissatisfied with her purchase from February of Our general manager of the location from which she purchased, *** ***, has called *** *** multiple times without a response/call back
Nonetheless, she received and signed for the items listed on the contract The exact common name of the species she purchased is on the contract I cannot speak for either of the parties involved at the time of the sale back in February of 2015, so its impossible for me to say whether or not it transpired exactly as *** *** states in her complaint But as I stated previously, the name of the species she purchased is right on the front of the contract, and thats what we planted Our remedy to this situation is as follows: in good faith, we will give her new *** the same size as she purchased at no cost She will have to arrange for the picking up and planting of them Or, she can pay a labor charge of $ea and we will do the digging, plus our standard delivery charge of $ A third option would be to up-size to a 30gallon container which sells for $each We would discount the up-sized *** to $each and then apply her a credit of $each (the price she paid for the original ***) The $delivery charge would also apply to the up-size.Thanks for your time and consideration,*** *** *** ***, Big Tex Tree Nurseries, LLC***
