Hotel has gone through lots of changes in recent months, New management have just acquired this hotel less then months ago after taking over
we have gone through lots of changes due to non supportive nature of business we had to close Bar and RestaurantWe are also going through name change of the property which requires us to get city approval for sign changes and we are in middle of this processThis process can take up to months
Ms*** had booked this hotel online at Expedia.com for rate of + tax , we do not advertise Bar or Restaurant onsite on this website in fact we have even mentioned that Pool is currently closed for renovationEverything was clarified at check in with guest and they had Pet so with all charges and tax hotel had received payment of total $67.90. We understand customers have high expectation that's way to compensate we are already charging almost 1/price of any comparable hotel in areaOn Oct it was very busy weekend average hotel in area was charging over $+tax ...since we offer cheaper alternative people choose us, Ms*** had no complaints till check out time...we would like to send our apology to Ms*** if she was under wrong impression
