Big Timber Lake Campground by Sun Communities

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically spoke to someone both at Big Timberlake and they're booking site I asked for proof in a letter that all of my credit card information was destroyed as far as I know no one has got back to me nor was anything sent for all I know you still have my credit card information and could possibly do this again I understand my card was refunded But I have absolutely no proof In writing from your company that my private information is safe This would of cost you nothing at all only your time I have recently told all my family and friends who camp about this establishment I wonder how many other people's information you have readily on file for anyone's access This is against the law and unless you have permission At this point I have alerted my credit card company

I received this complaint on June 4th and immediately faxed a response. Yesterday, we received a letter saying we never responded....

Please verify you have received this second response. This  credit card was refunded on the day we spoke to her and found out that we had made the reservation when she stated she really wanted to think about it and call back. As soon as she told me that, I apologized and refunded the card. I will attach the credit card report for that day as well showing the refund was made immediately. As soon as we encountered the problem.
