Big Time Collectibles

I pre-ordered 2 books back in May. I knew it would at least 3 months because I had to wait for the books to be released and then I had to wait for them to go to CGC to be graded as I ordered a guaranteed 9.8 of each book. It took an extra month to get the books because they had a problem with the quality of one of the books and needed to reprint it. They responded to my question in their websites chat function and explained the delay. I got the books today. (Sept) One was the 9.8 that was exactly what I ordered. The other wasn’t a 9.8 though. They gave me a 9.9 instead. What a great surprise. It was worth waiting the extra month to get it right and even better than I imagined.. Their packaging was very secure. Important when shipping these graded books. They hold all books ordered until they are all ready to ship to save shipping costs. You can get each book of your order as it comes out but will have to pay for shipping each time. Make sure you read everything carefully so you have the correct expectations.

I placed an order two MONTHS ago and never received what I ordered. They don't answer their email or the chat on their website. I'm going to have to contact my credit card company.

I placed an order two weeks ago and they charged my credit card. I’ve reached out several times and they haven’t responded. They don’t even list a phone number that you can call to try and resolve issues like this. This company is a scam! Don’t sent your money or buy anything from them!

To The Revdex.com: My complaint is I brought and paid for a total of nine items (comics) from this company two months ago (October), and I have YET to receive either some of the order or the complete order! I have sent my complaints (3 Emails) to Big Time Collectibles, but I have not received any form of feedback from them! If this is a bogus company, I am requesting a full refund, because as far as I'm concerned, this company has no intention too rectify nor fulfill my order!! If I had some sort of feedback from Big Time Collectibles concerning the order, I may not have gone through this process of contacting the the Revdex.com. But, seeing that I've already paid for the order, I am entitled to some sort of explanation as to why I have NOT received any of the order! My order number is #5490.
