I have responded to this complaint multiple times.  I have made every effort to respond and communicate with the customer.  I have supplied the documents that prove that we had done a proper inspection and recommended that a roof inspection.  The customer knew the roof was bad.  The customer received a credit from the seller because the roof was bad.  The customer planned to replace the roof in the summer of 2017 because they knew the roof was bad.  The customer was hoping for a dry winter, but it was a wet winter.  The customer had to move up the time they replaced the roof from July to April and they want to blame me for that.  We went above and beyond to help this customer.  Big Time did what we were hired to do.  Big Time did not damage the roof that was already bad.  It is unquestionable that the areas that leak are uphill from our repair and are the same areas with the water stains on both our report and the home inspector report prior to the repairs.  It is not surprising that their was additional damage under the shingles when they were removed.  As stated in our conference, our inspection is of visible and accessible areas at the time of inspection.  Of course, no one, including the customer could see the additional board that needed to be replaced prior to the roof replacement, because it was not visible.  We stand behind our work. Please feel free call or write if there are any further question. Thanks, [redacted]

Big Time Pest Control is great! All of the workers at Big Time Pest Control were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and really seemed to care about helping me and my house. I am very impressed with their services and would highly recommend them.

I had a problem with rats that had lived in the attic and they took out all the old insulation around 1947 and got rid of it all and then they disinfected the attic. After, they came by and put in blow in insulation in the attic. Then, I also had them do termite work around the base of the house and under the house. Each time they were here they were kind and nice and very clean.

Please call them for a quote if you have problems with rats or termites or other pests and also simply if you need insulation.
