This merchandise was out of stock at the time and the customer wasn't willing to wait so she was refunded on 5-3-

We have made a few attempts to contact our customer with no response as of yet. Unfortunately the merchandise has been out of stock at the vendor. We have given a couple different dates to expect it based on information we had been given. We apologize for the lengthy delay and have refunded the...

money paid thus far to the appropriate credit cards. Copies of refund have been placed in the mail for customers records. If the customer would like the pieces at a heavy discount once they come in we would be happy to call. We will wait to hear if that is something they are interested in.

Review: I went into the place looking to buy a new living room set along with a china hutch table and chairs end tables and curio. I purchased a ashley living room set with couch love seat rocker recliner I purchased a china hutch and table and six chairs. Along with two end tables. On delivery day the brought the items to house. White delivery guy was cursing hitting all my furinture everything brought was damaged the china hutch was all marked up then delivery guy white one burned plastic into it made it worse table was all scratched up chairs had crackes. Living room set was powered was not working couch was broken one one side. love seat power part made breaking sound.I had no end tables was told I took off I did not I took off the soaf table to keep cost down I was told by chuck I would get the warranty I think they took them off to cover warranty. I told them they said someone from office would call never did I had to call go in. like they got ther money who cared re orederd brought out 2nd time couch was broken had big gap in middle love seat would not open close made horriable sound. Table middle was broken we were still waiting on china hutch. I told them take it all back give me refund [redacted] called said we cant [redacted] said we have to leave you with something and she will you call you which was a joke I had to go into that hot place again [redacted] gave me some web sites to look at home due to heat I did couldnt find nothing I said order me same living set not in power I wanted same table and chairs and hutch but make sure its all good before you bring out for third time and I feel I desreve some type of discount oh yes [redacted] said we will take care of you. Wost place at calling back following up guee to busy out side smoking infront of public place which is against arizona law!! I called okay we will refund the differnece on livingroom but no discount on kitchen stuff not our fault. Mad but just wanted my stuff I paid thousands of dollars for.. I had to go in tell [redacted] that the white guy was not allowed back at my home due to his mouth he was talking about being in prison about [redacted] being bipolar metal heath peole are crazy in front of my three children and granddaughter. I did not appreciate this. When third delivery was made he was not sent couches were good thank God. Table has marks like circles marks lifting up china hutch is a mess they changed door but still other side has paint peeling and marks never got the new chairs. I waited to be called I was delivered on a friday no one ever called I know [redacted] is off monday tueday but I had to call I said after three times come get kichen table hutch refund me I wont do that rules are like pie crust made to be broken I have given you three chance [redacted] started yelling at me I hung up I will not take verbal abuse. I have no clue if they are reordering due to she was blaming me that they are eating this how is it my fault I paid good money you send junk out please no one twisted your arm on the prices. I shpould of check yelp they have so many unhappy customers same problems. I am disabled cant deal with stress peole yelling I am not going to take it. I still havent gotten my refund from the living room I was promised either when I called on its in a stack of papers here what then take care of it.Desired Settlement: I want my refund forthe differnce of my living room set as promised by [redacted] I want them to come pick up this table chairs china hutch and refund me I will go some where else where I feel cool on the inside and I can get something like this I love this but I feel its no good.

The customer did her research or shopped elsewhere and came into our store already knowing what she wanted. Customer feels she was to get end tables that were not included on her sales copy showing her pieces and individual prices for each item. We placed the order and delivered when the majority of her merchandise came in. There was some damage and we agreed to leave pieces as loaners and reorder for her. Our sales ticket explains all warrenties are issued by the manufacturer and they will repair our replace at their discretion. We did not make the customer wait for the paper trail for this to happen but also felt her items should be exchanged. Upon exchange, customer was still not happy with quality. She arrived at our store within the hour of our drivers leaving her home demanding we pick everything up and refund her. She was told we would allow her to reselect but we do No Refunds as stated on her sales copy. Customer explained she was used to a higher end product and understood the higher end product is also a higher price and she had a limit on what she was able to spend. She also stated the money was now more important to her needs than the furniture due to unforseen circumstances. We agreed to let the customer reorder the non powered version of livingroom furniture she selected. This resulted in a lower price and as a compensation we agreed to refund the difference rather than give her an in store credit which is our policy. On the final delivery the customer pointed out problems she had not previously mentioned to the delivery drivers and has never spoken with the office about such problems until she called to see where her refund was. It was tried to be explained that refunds go thru our accountant as it is something normally not done and we have to wait for the check to arrive in order to mail it or call her to pick up. The customer was being unreasonable and was very firm that rules are made to be broken and didn't want to hear how we follow procedures. The customer was not yelled at as stated on her complaint. The customer proceeded to threaten to call attorney, Revdex.com and the like and was told to do what she needed to. We feel this is a case of buyers remorse and will say two of the pieces she refused are on our floor and have no defects at all. The refund we agreed to has been processed and we will gladly put it in the mail with a $100.00 compensation to keep all furniture as is and not return to The Big Tin Shed. Attached are copys of her sale and warrenty information on the copy she received.

So if nothing was wrong why did you reorder?? Secound deivery came and table drivers couldnt even open due to broken parts both couches where not oping and making hitting sound curio was mot in yet.. So if nothing wrong why reorder I think like the Indians say you speak with fork toung. which means you lie. Third delivery came and curio all messed up table has circle marks all over driver took pictueres im not keeping this crap if I have to ill call three on your side and others. I am a single parent who is disabled who had prices changed on me see I keep everything I keep notes too I have not recieved a refund and I dont want no 100 for broken stuff which table was over 800 china curio was too which I was told they would match ashley sale of 749 which they didnt. My couches work now but all the stiching is pulling off. Yes I said I was use to lane but your selection was bad and over priced. I have never said anything about my finaces as I paid for my things thank you now I see [redacted] why your drivers talk crap about you you talk out of both sides of your mouth. I never said anything about attorney gen but thinks I will contact them too. I want them to come take back kitchen table chairs china hutch curio thing refund my money I will go else where... The Big Tin Shed will pick up the merchandise in the customers home providing it is in the same condition as delivered and shows no signs of use. The customer wil be refunded the full amount paid of $1723.18. The bankcard used on June 24 2013 will be credited the full amount of $1364.38 and the balance will be in the form of a check to the customer in the amount of $358.80. The customer may call to arrange the pick up.

Review: We bought furniture based on a Web page because they didn't have anything good at the store. The Internet showed a completely different color. The furniture we received was completely broken and way darker than what we ordered. Finally the owner agreed to give us a check worth the full refund. That was weeks ago. Still no check. They won't contact us. The owner is never there when we call. Big Tin Shed ordered it from [redacted] will not exchange the furniture after 60 days and due to Big Tin Shed not contacting us we are afraid we will not get our money back AND be stuck with broken furniture. The furniture we received is not the furniture we ordered.Desired Settlement: Full refund. They told us over the phone they would give us a full refund.

Review: Purchased Trundle Bed on 04/4/2015, Told by salesman two weeks for Trundle Bed to arrive. Called at two weeks and they stated they should know by Tuesday 04/21/2015, but I didn't receive a call back. Called after three weeks 04/25/2015, advised they had sent an Email and haven't heard back from sender. Now the excuse is the item is coming from China.Desired Settlement: Provide detailed time of arrival within the next 48 hours or provide "Full" refund for item not received.

Review: March 2015 I paid off a layaway for a 14" Gel Memory Foam mattress, frame & delivery. Total cost $1,293.62. I made numerous attempts to find out where my mattress was. Each time I called I was told "I'll look nto & call you back. Never did I receive a call back. In July I wrote a letter, received a call from saying they could get it delivered the next day and it never came. I then had my ex call and he got the same thing "I'll look into and get back to you" and they call never came. He called back stating I wanted my money back and they got real nasty with him. I'm disabled with Severe spinal issues and they knew that's why I wanted a new top of the line mattress. In August I wrote them another letter stating I wanted my money back and its now October 2015 an I have yet to get it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back . I have no plans to ever do business with this company who I have been purchasing since 1997.

Review: I had purchased furniture from big tin shed on 2/26/2014 was told originally it would be delayed approx. 2 weeks..I paid half of order at that time..I received a call from salesman that helped me and he stated merchandise out of stock would be about 4-6 weeks..I continued to make monthly payments to the point where I have only a bal of 35.00..I have called numerous time regarding delivery and have been told "next week we should have more information"..I continued to call weekly or biweekly for update..I started get told order on the way should be on truck next delivery..I still waited called again was told still waiting for delivery they would contact me when truck arrives..no calls..I have been waiting and calling for resolution..I did attempt today to call for update and agent said she stills sees on back order..I asked for full refund or merchandise..she replied would call me back..its been almost 5 months since I ordered furniture..its not custom furniture just simple order for coffee table and side table..Desired Settlement: I would like to have furniture but if they cannot deliver then I would like full refund..I did not feel if I get a refund I should have to pay restocking fees since they were unable to supply me with what they said they could
