Review: I am resident of an apartment complex in [redacted] Maryland. Big Tow is the company this ensures that there is no unlawful parking in our complex. I park in a reserved spot for which I pay a fee 35 dollars a month. This morning I was on my way to a professional development course and found that my car had been towed. My parking permit is in plain sight on my review mirror which is what I was instructed to do to prevent this instance from occurring. This company has unlawfully towed my vehicle and I want other consumers to know about this inferior company.Desired Settlement: I know I will have to end up paying to get my car back that was unlawfully towed and with this organizations help I hope to be refunded that money. This tow company can't be allowed to prey on lawful citizens.
