Big Valley Honda

Big Valley quoted one price which is documented and changed the price once I was committed and had loan acceptance Over the past 2 days spoke with several Honda dealers regarding the purchase of a new Pioneer 700. one of these dealers was Big Valley Honda. I was excited thst the local honda dealer came in with the best price which is very unusual based off past experience . I went a head and appiled for financing and the next day the let me know I was quailified and I was able to pick up the UTV later that day. When the sales manager asked what I was quoted he proceed to inform me he cannot honor the price that the other manager must have screwed up and the price when from being the lowest in the area to the highest by increasing it $1300 from the quote originally given which the other manager openly admitted to giving me. I'm assuming this is a game they play with people hoping once a loan is applied for you will just pay it. This was wrong and unprofessional and I will never give them a chance for my business again. I own several Honda products and now will be using someone else for service. Desired Settlementthey should honor their price quoted end of story.

I bought my honda gold wing motorcycle in for service in the beginning of September 2014. After I picked it up and got it home I noticed gouges in the right saddle bag . I notified the dealer and they have denied all responsibility. The gouges were not there when I took it in. I sent them a picture of the bike right before I took it in and when I got it back. They have not answered after I sent them the pictures. They replace the rear tire and brakes among other work. I believe they damaged the saddle bag then or dropped the bike during service.
