Review: we went in to eat at woodys. when it came time to pay the bill be handed her a 20 gift cert. and our debit card. After about 10 minutes she came back with our card and 2 receipts. Saying she had trouble with ringing in the gift certificate. The first receipt said $56.12 and then she showed us the 2nd receipt which showed $36.12. She said not to worry about it that the second one is the one that went through. We thought it was ok left a 9.00 tip and was on our way. Found out later they billed us the $56.12. Called the manager in the morning and he said we needed to talk to evening manager about our problem but would need our bank statement and receipts. Went to the night manager that night (Mike).Told him about our problem, we also told him our bank said this sounded like fraud and we better be sure to black out all our information. They proceeded to give us a $20 gift cert.. we told him we wanted our cash back. Mike assured us he would refund our $20.00 dollars to our bank acct. that this was for our trouble. We never got the refund and we don't want the gift certificate. we will never go into that establishment again. So now they have a copy of our bank statement, receipts and there is nothing we can do. This truly seems intentional. We went in on June 12th and it is now July 7th. More than enough time to complete his task.Desired Settlement: We would like our $20.00 cash.
