Review: On Wednesday 2/5/2014 I placed an order with [redacted] for delivery. After waiting way above the time frame I was given to receive my order my order arrived incomplete and cold. I ordered two specials. The special was one large pizza pie which came with an order of garlic knots. So as a result I should have received two large pizzas and two orders of garlic knots. After waiting more than an hour I received an incomplete order. I received two large pizzas no garlic knots. So I advised the delivery person and contacted the store which I was told they will send out my two orders of garlic knots. When the delivery person arrived again 45 minutes layer I only received one order of garlic knots. I called again and was told my second order will be sent out and they apologized but they thought I didn't want my second order. No one ever delivered my complete order yet they charged my credit card. No one contacted me or nothing they simply took my money and never completed my order properly. This isn't the first. I never received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
