Mr [redacted] placed an order with my website but then later decided he only wanted one of the pictures that he ordered I agreed to credit back the difference but needed the credit card information to do so My website does not capture credit card numbers for security reasons I left several messages and did receive a message back from Mrs [redacted] , however, she did not want to leave the credit card info on my voice mail After many attempts, I lost track of the order as I travel so often for work I am cutting a business check today for the $difference and mailing to the address provided Thank you [redacted]
