First of all I would like to apologize if you did not get my first response to this actionThe mitigation company does recommend my cleaning service as to we do a very good job in our fieldThe paperwork was signed over buy [redacted] I am trying to make that attachment with this email so you can seeThe mitigation company simply cleans the affected areas put all of the clothing and whatever needs to be dry cleaned in plastic bagsWe went to [redacted] home to pick up a lot of garbage bags with clothingThat's simply how it was handledNow I don't know if there was something possibly thrown out by the mitigation company or their employeesBut I returned everything that was given to me to be cleaned [redacted] insurance company took a very long time to make payment on this jobAnd we usually do not release any cleaning until it is paid forBut in this case she needed her clothing and I was understanding about thatAnd made deliveries without being paid90% of the hangers were covered in soot and debris from the damageThe best thing to do was to throw them awayI replaced the hangers with new ones that I purchased for [redacted] I asked for her approval and send her a picture of the hangar before I ordered them for her and she said they were okayI have responded and delivered to [redacted] every time she had text me or called me or set up a deliveryAnd we're always in good understandingAnd I tried my best to accommodateThank you very much for listening to my side of the story

Hello, to whom this may concernI am the dry cleaner who has claimed *** *** clothesas we were referred by the mitigation company to do the dry cleaningI have all the proper documentation that *** *** had signedWhen I arrive to pick up the dry cleaning everything was already in
garbage bags for me to pick upI took them to my facility where I had done individual piece countsYou can see that on our invoiceAnd in the order there were no intimate wear at allThe reason why it takes time is that the insurance company takes a long time to send out paymentAnd I deliver all of the dry cleaning as soon as we receive payment in fullAll of the plastic hangers that the clothing came on stink like sewageAnd we're very dirty and needed to be thrown awayAnd I replace them with brand new wire hangers that she agreed upon I even sent her a picture of itShe has been very rude and most of our conversations I have done nothing but try to accommodate her in the best way possibleI have even offered her a payment of $for whatever was missingWhich I shouldn't have anyway but being in business I understandAnd she refused thatAt this point I see there's nothing further that I can do to make *** *** happyPlease let me know if there's anything else I can do I will forward you the proper paperwork as wellThank you for listening to my side of the story
