My home flooded due to my washing machine flooding my homeI called Bigbear and they were at my house with in the hour to evaluate the damageFrom start to finish of them repairing my home the service was outstanding!!! A friend had referred Bigbear to me in this time of need and they had highly recommend this companyWe have been percent happy with the way our home was repaired to our insurance and how Mr.*** and Mr*** informed my husband and I on the financial part of what was due on our part from the up grades we chose to do on our floorsOur home looks Beautiful and I will recommend this company to any one that has a insurance claim!!!! The work done by BigBear Restoration was done in a timely manner and to our satisfactionEach part of the re-construction was done by a professional in that field (roofer, dry wall, painter, etc)The people who replaced the carpet went out of thier way to match the carpet to what we had! The wood work was a beautiful jobThey made us feel like every aspect of the job was important to them just as if it was their own homeI would use this company again!
