Lied to me regarding return policy and company won't honor its word
I called company to confirm the return/exchange policy before ordering and I was told if item needed returned, all shipping would be covered. A label would be sent to me and I drop it off at drop box. I specifically chose bigcamo for this. The Pants were way too big, went to return and they won't pay shipping now. They refuse to honor their words to me. I am hurt and very disappointed.I thought I did my due diligence calling but didn't think a company would lie. Bigcamo lied to me to make a sale and I'm stuck now as shipping would be half if not more product price for me. I will not buy my new camo set from them as I was planning in January. The measurements are way off on website. They will lie to make the sale.

This was our first major remodeling project and after talking to several contractors it was very evident that David was our guyHe is easy to talk too and has a wealth of knowledge not just about construction, but also sees "the big picture" for how a project may turn outThey just complete closing in our carport and then removing two inside walls for an open floor plan between the living room and kitchenit was all turnkey except for the painting and flooringThe two men that were assigned to our project were very nice, courteous, and most importantly respectful of our home and belongings while we still lived thereWe are really grateful for them and are happily enjoying the new open spaceThanks !

DP renovations has just completed an addition to our home enlarging and creating a handicap accessible bathroom and additional closet space requiring the outer wall of our home to moved out four feet major construction.
I would like to express my happiness with the project. David and all of his staff were very professional and competent.
They quality of the work is excellent and they will be recommended to anyone who asks us who did our remodel.
