Better late than never!
We recently had the experience of our fridge being unrepairable. I was caught off guard by how many stores had nothing in their inventory,
After spending hours on the internet, I found BigCentric. The store had good reviews and a great fridge for a good price.
Happily. my new fridge was delivered yesterday - just 4 days from the order being placed.
Great service, polite and efficient delivery. I wish I had found them sooner!

Review: Big centric purposely ignoring my email. alsoThey try to avoid exchange even though they do not have reasons to avoiding.I have image that they sent me about stock of product. they are saying they do not have a stock but theni request price for same items using different email account andthey say they do have a stock.lie about stock of product.They keep arguing about their store policy which they do not have it on their website.Desired Settlement: have to response on my mail and have to exchange my product ASAPthey need to apologize to me over the phone not email

I am in receipt of your letter of 3/27/2014 concerning the complaints filed by [redacted] who recently made a purchase of Samsung electric range, FER300SX, from us.

We exchanged 14 emails with [redacted] before he purchased this product for $470 ($430 after $40 rebate), while the same one (the brand new product) is sold for $720 elsewhere. Since he received the product, he accused us of selling a refurbished unit and demanded an exchange. As an authorized appliance dealer, we have never sold any refurbished products. Since the customer himself hardwired the product instead of using a 220 volt cord and a box as described in the manufacturer's Instructions, we were concerned about the possibility that the warranty might be void, and we could not accept the return. Nevertheless, Samsung serviced the product under warranty despite the improper installation on the part of the customer.

At that point, we told the customer that we would be willing to accept the return and refund the money or offer a 5 year extended warranty valued up to $220 in case he decided to keep it. The customer, however, continues to Insist that he need an "upgrade" to a different model (he switched from his original demand of n exchange) by paying only for the difference between the models.

We have no desire to continue doing business with an unreasonable customer like [redacted], so we told him that he could purchase the upgraded range from a different retailer (even If he may ha to spend a lot more) with the money we would gladly refund. Basically, we are afraid of repeating the same conflicts and exchanging another 60+ emails once he makes another purchase from us. He is apparently upset about our reasonable offers to file the complaints. We, however, believe that we have a right to refuse to sell for legitimate reasons.

His statement of our lying to him about our inventory is completely a false accusation. If requested, we will be happy to supply to show the email trail to show what happened.
