Bigelow Homes has had numerous conversations with Mr*** since he purchased his home, in person, via phone and via email. We have addressed the issues mentioned in his complaint and Mr*** has been informed of our intentions in the matter. Mr*** doesn't like our

I own several companies and I oversee a land development and
homebuilding companies . Its typical in the homebuilding industry to
have thousands of warranty items a yearSo I do not recall the leak,
even if I was made aware of it, that caused grass needing to be replaced
In the vast majority of warranty work we rely on written
documentation, not memory. However the warranty department informed
me this morning that your grass needs replacing and it was overlookedIt will
be replaced
I do not recall talking down to your wife or hanging up on her
Your screen door will not be fixedMy understanding is that the door was replaced
once and will not be replaced againWe cannot replace items when
a homeowner arbitrarily requests "better" quality items
In regards to your father, the phrase " took advantage of " seems
quite extreme in reference to faded front door paint
Faded paint in this Texas sun is not a warrantable item.
Any serious investigation would be very short lived We have a very good Customer
Satisfaction record.

Your company took advantage of my year old fatherHe was assured if he
signed the work order you would be back to repair and paint the front door
I've submitted a complaint to the Revdex.comI will also call my
acquaintances at the local tv stations to have your company investigated

According to your warranty file, the repainting of the front door was never authorized. As was mentioned previously, faded paint is not a warrantable item and your door will not be repainted
We will have a representative stop by next week to seal the area that is still leaking

The painters came to repaint the front door but we were going out to eat...it was about 6pmA representative from *** promised the painters would be back the next day but they never showed up
I sent pictures of the leak in the garage and *** is well aware of the situationThe garage still leaks and Bigelow has not made good on their promise to fix the problem

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] promised the door would be painted. In fact, the painters arrived to paint the door just as we were leaving for dinner. Since the door had to be left open, I called Jack and he promised to send the painters back the next day. We both agreed that would be the best option. The painters never arrived and Jack never returned my calls. The paint on the front door lasted less than a year and if you'll look harder you'll see the door had to be painted more than once and it faded withing a few months. [redacted] also promised my father the front door would be repainted. There appears to be a communication problem within Bigelow Homes.
