So I purchased some emerald cashews at the store long story short I had an issue we found some bugs inside the boxes I emailed the manufacturer I explained the situation I even offered to give the product back to them they email me back and they said that they wanted the product back to send to their quality assurance team completely reasonable then I responded back to them and I said is there any way that I could get a couple new boxes sent to me since I'm going to give these ones back to you that are still full and hasn't been like I've eaten any of it and they email me back and they tell me that no they can't send any boxes they can't send any coupons I can't send anything what type of company is this you want your customers to jump through hoops and send the product back to you so you can figure out what happened which all seems reasonable but then you don't want to make it right you don't want to replace the product that I'm givi
