Review: Bigelow was hired to maintain the quality of our home by grass cutting, weeding, trimming and planting. About one year ago, Bigelow planted a bush at a cost of $325.00. The bush died almost immediately and I call [redacted] who never responded. Additionally, while cutting the grass, his mover sent a rock thru one of our windows. I call [redacted] and [redacted] and never received a response. We terminated service. Through out this past summer, I made numerous requests for Ronald to inspect the bush and broken window. I asked that he repair the window and give us an adjustment on the bush. No response. I asked the he at least come out and remove the dead bush. No response.Desired Settlement: The cost of the bush at $325.00 plus that cost to repair the broken window at $40.00
