My apartment complex uses this company and they are unprofessional and can not get rid of anything from roaches to rats to bed bugs. The young tech, tall thin and blonde guy is so rude and the older gentleman is just as passively unprofessional. Would not recommend them for anything personally. They will enter your residence unannounced and spend a little over 15 seconds treating for whatever it may be. Then spend all of sixty seconds telling you all the things you need to be doing to control the situation. A whole lot of bs. is what you are guaranteed to get with them.
