[redacted] order # [redacted] was placed at 12:pm The order before her # [redacted] was placed at 12:pm [redacted] waited minutes, not the 10-minutes stated in this complaint [redacted] also received her drinks free of charge as shown below [redacted] sent a complaint to our corporate office and I sent an e.mail to her stating that I would investigate and take appropriate action A no tress pass order has been placed against [redacted] with the [redacted] Police Deptdue to the fact that she came into our store on Monday the 16th swearing at our manager Our staff felt threatened on the 14th when she came to our drive through due to her aggressive complaintThey again felt threatened on the 16th due to her swearing and name calling We have asked that she not return and placed a no trespassing order against her through the [redacted] Police Dept
