I was never shouting or hostile, I stated I'd like to return the items as they did not fit, and upon doing research they are unsafe. I notified the FDA, who contacted this business letting them know it was, indeed, illegal to sell them. I was still refused a refund. Not surprisingly, despite their claim that it is not illegal to sell these without a prescription(it is), they no longer sell them.
To whom it may concern: Customer came in after Halloween and threatened staff and shouted because he was going to return something he didn't like. Clearly posted no returns. He violated mall policy and took unauthorized pictures. Our novelty contacts were...
legally imported, inspected and cleared for sale by the US Goverment. They even do random sample checks to prove that only contacts are entering the United States of America. IF in doubt they can and do legally confiscate the load. We only purchase FDA grade product unlike some of the web sites who legally can't sell within States. We sell body jewelry and have never taken returns or exchanges. We are under constant scrutiny by the health dept. and local agencies. Biggest Little Shop of Fun
