I ordered a stationary bicycle from the company on April . I received no confirmation of the purchase or a receipt other than a transaction statement from PayPay. The company has no listed phone number so I emailed them the next day for confirmation. They responded stating they received the order but the item was out of stock and was now scheduled to be shipped April ***. They still did not issue a receipt. I waited until May of some confirmation it shipped but heard nothing. I have sent 3 emails since, the last two requesting a refund. I have heard nothing from them. I went to their website today and they have the bike on sale but it is sold out. But if ordered today it will ship between May *** and May ***. I also discovered another website callee LittleMore which has the same post office number. Its site shows the exact same bike on sale and available. I have registered a complaint with my credit card company, PayPay, and the NY state attorney general's office in an attempt to resolve this issue

I am writing to inform you that with help of intervention from PayPal, who reached the retailer I could not, the item I ordered arrived thirty minutes ago. My complaint number was assigned ID #*** . Though the communication with this company was difficult at best, in the end the product was finally delivered and as far as I’m concerned closed. Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter.
