I advised him we never received a message and apologized. When I tried to schedule... a day to get him back in, he said he will not be back to us. Just refund the diagnostic. I explained there we multiple problems we checked and needed to see what was going on in order to help Mr. ***. I definitely need the vehicle back in the shop. I talk to tim hyde 4/21/15 and explained to him I was not going to bring the car back so they can keep guessing on the problem .How can you charge 89.95 diagnostic fee to a customer and not fix the problem. They told me I needed to have my fuel system cleaned and that was the problem so I paid them 90.00 and they also charged me 49.95 for a vehicle inspection that I never asked them to do. I feel that they were dishonest with me and I do not trust them to work on my car. Spoke with the daughter a few days before this report was made, advising that original customer refused new parts and that there was no

vehicle was repaired and left after repairs the vehicle returned for additional work advised to customer after the second repair we did not
hear from customer until the vehicle was already at another shop and there was no way for us to look at and or correct any problem we cannot refund money due to another facility stating our repair was wrong if we had the knowledge of a problem and a chance to check and if needed correct we would definitely done so

Our warranty is 12/12 from install date & no one ever called or was told any different. When rack was warranted for leaks in July of 2015. There where no issues & if the rack did not look new it was because it was over 9 months old & under...

vehicle, exposed to all elements. When returned this last visit it was explained it was out of warranty but I would do what we could to help. Yes there is a $49.95 diagnosis charge for inspection if no work was completed. At the time this was explained, Ms [redacted] & her boyfriend became out raged & demanded vehicle be fixed for free . The cooler line she speaks of was said to be loose from a mounting bracket that was missing. This is not removed to loosen line from rack for replacement & was missing prior to us having & was most likely removed from another shop with other repairs. We were not short or disrespectful to Ms. [redacted] in any way, only told her boyfriend to calm down & if he was not the owner he would need to let us speak to her. We treat all our customers with the same respect every visit & do not stray from this. It is very unfortunate this happened. Did offer to help somewhat with repairs but was never given a chance to inspect the vehicle.
