Ordered a statue from this company, was charged and did not receive it. Emailed for a status update and received no response. Called and got voice mail. Had to contest the charge with my credit card company to get it resolved. Disappointed.
I placed an order on 11/2/14. I received an email stating my order would be shipped in 2-3 days. I have not heard a word since. I have attempted to contact them several times with no response.
