Our platform is similar to say a [redacted], where people and organizations can invite people to a group they have started. One of our members was inviting[redacted] to an event being hosted on BigMarker. This member uploaded his own personal contact list on BigMarker to use BigMarker's invite system. As a result, the email was coming from his BigMarker account, not BigMarker specifically. After receiving his complaint, we forwarded the message/complaint to the BigMarker member, and removed[redacted] name from our system. We also told him to notify us if he ever gets another invite from this member again.
