Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:My issues with BigMikesgolfcarts.com have not been resolved Donald *** S*** AKA Big Mike is a dishonest individualI had a signed purchase agreement with his business which listed the specifics of the cart I purchasedThis agreement included; year, make, and model of the cart I purchased as well as the options he was to installI never once changed any of the optionsOur contract stated that the cart would take 4-weeks to complete, it was months before I took delivery of a cartMr S*** claims one of his employees gave me the wrong cart by mistake, that is an absolute lieMy wife and I met Mr S*** himself on a Sunday at his shop to pick up the cartI was on both floors of his shop, there was only one red cart in the whole buildingI made Mr S*** put the serial number of the cart on my receipt when I picked it upI found out later that the serial number easily identifies the year, make, and model of the cartMr S*** knew exactly what he was giving meI have had several conversations with Mr S*** since taking delivery of the cart, not one time has he told me he had another cart at his shop that is supposed to be minePlease read the reviews about this business on Yelp, lots of people with the same story as mineThere should be laws protecting consumers from these types of unscrupulous businesses, and laws preventing these types of businesses from continuing to operate.Sincerely,*** ***

THIS CUSTOMER WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG CART BY ERROR WE HAD RED CARTS AND ONE OF MY NEW EMPLOYEES GRABED THE WRONG ONETHE ONE HE ORDERED IS SITTING HERE READY TO DELIVER THIS CUSTOMER HAD US CHANGE THE CART COLOR TIMES AND THE WHEELS TIMES THEN LEFT BAD REVIEWS EVEN BEFOR TALKING TO US
CLAIMING FRAUD, LIES AND SO FORTH THE SAME WEEK WE SHIPPED A TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHEN HE PURCHASED A CARTWE RECIENTLY MOVED INTO A BIGGER BUILDING AND PUT ON THREE NEW EMPLOYEES AND WE HAVE HAD SOME GROWING PAINS
WE HAVE REPETEDLY OFFEDER TO BRING THE RIGHT TO THIS CUSTOMER WITH EVERTHING HE ORDERED COLOR OPTIONS WE ADDED TO WHAT HE WANTED OUR PAPERWORK READS NO CANCELATIONES ON CUSTOM CARTS THIS WAS AN ERROR WHICH WE WILL CORRECTTHIS CUSTOMER ALSO HAS A DAY EXCHANGE WHICH WE OFFER TO ALL OUR BUYERS THE PROBLEM THIS CUSTOMER HAS IS MUTE WE WOULD REPLACE HIS CART FOR ANY REASON HE DIDNT HAVE TO TRASH US ON THE INTERNET MESTAKES GET MADEWE ALLWAYS CORRECT THEM WITH THE CUSTOMERS HELPIF THIS WAS A STOCK CART THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM RETURNING IT BUT THE BUYER HAD US LIFT IT INCHES PAINT IT AND AN OVER $OF OPTIONS THAT SUTED HIS TASTEIN CONCLUSION WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING HIM THE RIGHT CART BE BUILT. IS ONLYGOOD AT OUR SHOPOR PRE AUTHORIZED SHOPS WEUSE FOR OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS WE DON T PAYRETAIL PRICES AT OTHER SHOPSTHE CLAIMS THISCUSTOMERS WERE NEVER VERIFIED BY USEVEN THOUGHBATTERIES AND CHARGER ARE NOT COVERED WE WEREWILLING TO HELPJUST NOT AT ANOTHER SHOPMS*** VERIFYED SHE WAS USING AN EXTENTIONCORD HOOKED TO THE CHARGEREXTENTION CORD THAT ARE NOR COMMERCIAL GRADEWILL OVERHEAT THE CHARGER THAT CHARGER SE GOTWITH HER CART WAS RECONDITIONED BEFOR DELIVERYBY FLIGHT SYSTEMS INC AND HAD A YR WARRANTYTHE CUSTOMER NEVER CONTACTED US TILL AFTER SHEHIRED ANOTHER SHOP OR WE COULD HAVE TAKEN CAREOF HER AT NO CHARGE

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I did not receive a written copy of the warranty.  I did not plug the battery charger into an extension cord.  I did not receive the battery care instructionspiece of paper until April 2016.   I had trouble with the cart from time of delivery, as the receipts I gave 'BigMike' indicated.  I also provided pictures of the interior of the battery showing modified wiring and blackened portions of inside of the  battery case indicating overheating.
 At the end of my last visit with 'Big Mike' he indicated he would discuss reimbursement with 'corporate headquarters ', but I did not hear further from him.Sincerely,[redacted]

THIS CUSTOMER HAS HAD ALL MONIES REFUNDED AND WE ARE PICKING UP OUR CART MATTER CLOSED
