This place Is awful the staff lies to you until you purchase something then once you do they won't deliver it either it's broken or on back order until you go into the store and see your furnture just sitting in the back of the store. They give you a delivery time and then don't show up. They are unprofessional and need to be closed down. The furnture is reasonably priced but not worth all the problems just to get half of it delivered weeks at a time . Save your money and energy and go somewhere else. Plus they're not even brave enough to answer their phones because they don't want to deal with their angry customers

It was shocking to me how rude they are to c ustomers over the phone. I heard the manager arguing with someone who just called to ask if an item is in stock. this place has a dodgy feel. stay away.

These people are AWFUL!!! Please save yourself three months of heartache and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

It took nearly three months for me to get my furniture after buying from the store manager, [redacted] He promised me delivery 4 different times and they never showed up...it was always, "on a truck from California." Eventually, I went into the store to get a refund and [redacted] refused to speak to me - he picked up the phone and dialed customer service then shoved the phone in my face. While I was on the phone with CS, he began to YELL AT ME in the middle of the store (customers all around). CS insisted on charging me a restocking fee (for furniture I never received) and I refused - vowed to dispute the charges on my credit card. When I got off the phone, I went to go deal with Mr. [redacted] directly but he was hiding in the back office - little snake.

The charges were disputed but Big's wouldn't budge and lied to my credit card company about delivering the furniture and that it was refused (just look at the reviews of this company and you know that they are not honest and that this was a lie). One of the customer service people smooth talked me and convinced me to go through with the purchase and several weeks later it was finally delivered in full. But that was only after one delivery of damaged goods that had to be returned and a total of 11 promised delivery dates that never came to fruition.

Also, Big's got to the point where the would not return phone calls. I had to drive all the way to their Tenaya store and see them in person to get anyone to talk to me about my issues.

Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! [redacted]! [redacted] is an awful human being. The owner, [redacted], is a [redacted]! SAVE YOURSELF!

I sat thereby the customer service desk for over 40 minutes listening to the owner [redacted] and his employees bad mouth customers who have issues with his furniture. He has No respect for his employees or his customers. He only wants their money...

If you need cheap furniture, desire horrendous customer service, want to feel like your after-sale business doesn't matter..... then by all means, go here!
My wife and I moved here from the mid-west a few years ago and were looking for some reasonably priced, quality, furniture. After looking at all the reviews at the time, we decided to come here.
We were greeted warmly by the sales staff and were treated wonderfully. All of our questions were answered and we felt that we were getting a great product for our dollars. We were able to purchase a daybed, mattress, and box spring for my wife's Mom.
We decided to go back and look for a dining room table for ourselves about 9 months later. We found, what we were told, was a SOLID wood table with a lazy-susan center. We loved the table and were happy with the product, until we tried to move it. We carefully laid it on it's side to remove the legs and bottom platform. Everything was fine until we actually tried to move the tabletop section. T

Horrible service 30 days later still not a complete order in my home trying to cancel they say im stuck in an agreement with there financial company I contact them they said that not true I have to have the retailer send in cancellation request and pick up furniture

WOW, THIS IS HOW THEY RUN A BUSINESS. They send out damaged items and hope you dont notice, only after you complain they then replace it. Oh and waiting 2/3 months for furniture?? Really!!
