I would never, ever do business with Bijan Interiors againOver the years all my furniture shopping had been at the well known luxury stores in TorontoThis time, back in 2014, we tried Bijan Interiors as they represented they were a Dealer for a specific Italian line we were most interested inIn the end we spent many tens of thousands of dollars purchasing a bedroom suite and a complete dining room suiteTo everyone's surprise, the furniture arrived mostly disassembledWhile we were delighted with the furniture itself, everything else about the purchase was a disasterWhen Bijan Interiors' staff came to assemble the furniture, they clearly had zero experience with the brandThey forced parts together, against my loud protests, until parts brokeI ordered them to stopI had Bijan himself come to our home to see the sad results of his firm's effortsHe promised me to my face and shook my hand as a gentleman might, telling me he would take the piece of furniture (a dining room cabinet) away, make it right and if he couldn't, he'd put it in his showroom and deliver a new one to usNone of that happenedThe same piece of furniture was returned, properly assembled but the broken parts remain and Bijan refused to honour his promiseIn fact, he denied ever having made itThe next step in our relationship was when they unpacked a large curio cabinet only to find the glass door was crackedThe packing material surrounding the cabinet was untouched and therefore the only logical explanation would be it was caused as a result of assembly by the manufacturer Even still, Bijan refused to take care of this obvious fault, even attempting to blame us though his employees were the only ones that touched itOut of frustration I called the US based manufacture's Rep to see what they might do, only to learn they'd never heard of Bijan InteriorsIn the end, only after refusing delivery of other pieces already paid for, did Bijan revisit our home, see for himself and take the broken furniture away for repairLastly, the dining room table we ordered prior to the disastrous experience detailed above was delivered and has a scratch on the glass topGuess what the response was from Bijan*** *** *** ***
