Review: I placed an order online on 3-*-14, received an order confirmation & my credit card was charged the full invoice amount. I did not receive a delivery confirmation. I sent multiple emails and left multiple phone messages over the next week with no response at all via phone or email. I called the company again on 3-**-14 spoke to the [redacted] who confirmed for me that my items had in fact not yet shipped and were in fact on back order. I inquired why I had not been notified that the items were on back order and why they charged me the full purchase price when I placed the order rather than once the items shipped as is customary when ordering items online. He did not provide me a satisfactory response and in fact was quite rude. I requested for him to cancel my order, send me a confirmation of the cancellation and issue me a full credit. As of today I have not received a confirmation of the cancellation and I have not received any credits. I received a partial delivery of the items ordered on 3-**-14 (2 weeks later), I once again contacted the company to request the remaining back ordered items be cancelled and the remaining balance be refunded to me. The [redacted] was not available to talk to me and the employee that I spoke to indicated he worked in a different department and could not help me. I am extremely frustrated and will never use this company again. I intend to dispute the charges with my credit card as it appears that this company will never cancel my order and will never issue me the credit due.Desired Settlement: The balance of the order be cancelled and a credit be issued for the back ordered items which have not shipped.

Review: I ordered three items from Bike Ahead on April *, 2015 (Order # [redacted]): one (1) bike seat and two (2) Mirrycle Incredibells. When I received my package, there was one (1) bike seat and one (1) MIR11048 Mirrycle Incredibell. I contacted Bike Ahead by telephone (approximately March [redacted]) and the customer service agent acknowledged that it was likely overlooked and he stated that a bell would be shipped right out. After a few weeks, I called again to follow up, but there was no answer. I emailed on May [redacted] and received no response. I called on the [redacted] and left a message. I received a call from Bike Ahead's number on the [redacted], but was not able to answer and no message was left. I called back later that day and left a message. I have since left another message and emailed again without any response form Bike Ahead. I have paid for the item and have yet to receive it.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my other MIR11048 Mirrycle Incredibell Original - Brass
